Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy and execution by building and scaling playbooks across onboarding, launch, and ongoing performance
- Design and test scrappy, high-impact growth initiatives that drive impact and performance beyond standard playbooks
- Analyze merchant performance and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities, diagnose issues, and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchant Success, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to operationalize merchant growth, co-marketing, and in-app merchandising
Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience
- Experience in highly analytical and cross-functional cultures (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience with data analysis and translating insights into action
- Experience working with Excel and/or SQL
- Ability to balance customer-first thinking while working directly with top merchants
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners
