Job Description:
• Support day-to-day management of multiple TikTok Shop client accounts under senior account leadership
• Assist in executing TikTok Shop growth plans aligned with client KPIs and revenue targets
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare performance summaries and weekly reports highlighting GMV, creator output, and key learnings
• Monitor KPIs and flag trends, risks, or optimization opportunities to senior team members
• Maintain organized documentation across briefs, creator lists, trackers, and campaign recaps
• Research and identify creators aligned with client verticals and campaign objectives
• Conduct outreach and support onboarding of TikTok Shop affiliates
• Manage ongoing creator communications to ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign briefs
• Track creator performance and maintain affiliate dashboards
• Support coaching efforts by sharing performance insights and recommendations to improve creator content
• Assist with strategies to help brands build traction during early-stage or cold-start phases
• Assist with affiliate campaign setup, creator offers, and commission updates within TikTok Shop
• Coordinate product sampling, shipment tracking, and deliverable approvals
• Support recommendations for product focus, promotions, and sampling opportunities
• Collaborate with design and content teams to help optimize storefront pages and product detail page (PDP) content
• Monitor TikTok Shop performance metrics and surface data-driven insights to the team
• Stay current on TikTok trends, platform updates, and emerging commerce features
• Identify relevant trends, sounds, and creator formats to inform campaign briefs and outreach
• Support testing of new TikTok Shop features, content formats, and campaign mechanics
• Research emerging social commerce tools and share insights with the internal team
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in client services, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, or eCommerce
• Experience supporting client accounts in a fast-paced agency or brand environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Solid understanding of TikTok, creator culture, and social commerce fundamentals
• Data-literate with the ability to interpret performance metrics such as GMV, CVR, AOV, and ROI
• Experience working with influencers or affiliates is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate dashboards, reporting platforms, and project management systems
