Job Title: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer – Dynamics Contact Center

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions for Dynamics Contact Center environments. The role involves developing AI-powered voice bots, chatbots, NLP models, and intelligent routing to enhance customer engagement across omnichannel support platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI solutions for contact centers, including virtual assistants for voice and chat.
• Build NLP models to analyze customer interactions across voice, chat, email, and social channels.
• Develop chatbots and voice bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.
• Monitor and optimize AI/ML model performance and customer interaction workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning development
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK)
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics Contact Center solutions
• Experience building chatbots and voice bots
• Experience deploying AI models on Azure Cloud
Preferred Skills:
• Voice AI / Speech-to-Text technologies
• Experience with Apache Kafka or Apache Spark
• Knowledge of contact center platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Amazon Connect
