The Recruiting Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing technical assistance, multi-media, and social media assistance to the Recruiting staff. The RAA will need to be knowledgeable of on-line recruiting and application systems, and have professional experience using social media, like LinkedIn and other social media platforms. The RAA will ensure an efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the recruitment process for GNG. This position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Chaplains, Lead Recruiter. This position is part-time and remote, 12 to 15 hours per week. Job Duties: General weekly job duties include, but are not limited to: • Maintaining the on-line job posting of current job openings. • Ensuring up-to-date and accurate electronic job boards. • Gathering and reviewing viability of ministry and job fairs to determine if attendance is appropriate. • Reviewing candidate files for initial qualifications and proper fit to ministry. • Reviewing candidate files for completion prior to presentation of candidate to Hiring Review Team. • Working closely with HR and IT departments to ensure a smooth hiring process. • Preparing weekly Recruiting reports. • Check and verify References Apply Job!  Are You the One We're Looking For?
