Job Overview
Apple is looking for talented, business-minded individuals to join as Remote Business Specialists. In this virtual role, you’ll work with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and corporate clients — helping them discover how Apple products can power their business needs.
You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding business customers through purchasing decisions, service inquiries, and long-term support options.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with business customers via phone, chat, or video consultations
• Understand clients' business operations and recommend Apple solutions
• Help customers purchase the right Apple products, accessories, and services
• Manage post-sales support including order tracking, device setup, and training resources
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients
• Collaborate with Apple Store teams, AppleCare, and technical support specialists as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business support, or customer service
• Knowledge of Apple products, apps, and the ecosystem
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify business needs and align solutions accordingly
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
