Amazon Seller Central Virtual Assistant - Experienced Only

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central virtual assistant to help with our stores in the USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. This is not a beginner role - you must already have access to Amazon UK and EU marketplaces and be confident fixing listing and account problems in Seller Central. Job details: - Ad-hoc work - usually 2 to 10 hours a week, depending on what needs to be done - Flexible hours, but must reply to messages within 24 hours on work days - Work with a friendly and organised team Tasks include: - Adding new products in Seller Central or with flat file uploads - Creating and managing parent/child variations - Using bulk upload sheets / flat files to create or update listings - Contacting Amazon Seller Support (e.g. listing hijacks, account health problems, missing or wrong information) - Editing and updating listings - Fixing suppressed or hijacked listings - Making sure listing content is correct in all marketplaces Requirements: - Proven Amazon Seller Central experience - Experience contacting Amazon Seller Support - Strong knowledge of bulk upload sheets / flat files - Access to Amazon UK and EU marketplaces - Good attention to detail and good written English - Comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel - Amazon PPC experience is not needed How to apply: - Send a short video introducing yourself and explaining your Amazon experience - Tell us one problem you have solved in Seller Central - Include your hourly rate and current availability Apply tot his job
