We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to help manage and grow our Amazon Seller Central account.
Our catalog is relatively small — currently about half a dozen core products with several variations — so the role focuses more on account management, optimization, troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring rather than managing a large catalog.
We are looking for someone reliable who can monitor the account daily and notify us immediately if any action is required.
Responsibilities
Manage our Amazon Seller Central account
Monitor account health and policy compliance
Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, keywords, images)
Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
Monitor Buy Box performance and pricing
Handle Amazon cases and support tickets
Inventory monitoring and FBA restock planning
Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations
Assist with new product launches
Troubleshoot issues such as listing suppressions, account warnings, compliance flags, or policy alerts
Communication & Monitoring Expectations
This position requires daily monitoring and proactive communication.
The account manager must:
Check the account daily for alerts, notifications, or policy warnings
Immediately notify us of any actions we need to take
Handle troubleshooting without unnecessary delays
Escalate Amazon cases quickly when needed
Provide proactive updates rather than waiting for us to ask
Because our catalog is small, responsiveness and attention to detail are more important than volume management.
Requirements
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
Proven track record of troubleshooting Amazon account issues and successfully resolving them
Experience handling issues such as listing suppressions, compliance warnings, account health alerts, or policy violations
Experience with FBA logistics
Strong understanding of Amazon PPC advertising
Familiar with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
Ability to analyze sales and advertising data
Strong communication and reporting skills
Must be reliable, responsive, and proactive
Preferred Experience
Experience with Brand Registry and A+ content
Experience scaling Amazon brands
Experience with health, beauty, or wellness products
