Position Summary Advanced Content Designer designs, develops and implements incredibly empathetic and intentional user-centered content and content designs. You're an evangelist for content, comfortable presenting to stakeholders and educating your design peers in best practices. At the same time, you’re a bit of a chameleon, able to blend into content roles needed at a moment's notice, whether that be content modeling, taxonomy creation, copy testing, visual design or user research. You quickly learn on the fly, embracing new technologies and trends as they come. Your team acknowledges you as the go-to-person and you often act as a mentor for your coworkers. While you understand what's going on in the weeds, you're can see the big picture and create high-level strategy. This position will support the member-facing digital experience for Aetna Medicaid. Required Qualifications • 8+ years experience in UX writing , UX Design or Content Design • 5+ years experience with Agile and lean UX/software development practices, including using product management software (Rally, Jira) • 5+ years experience in web and app experiences • 8+ years experience in UX writing or UX Content Design • 8+ years UX wire framing, UX flows, and shaping content with prototyping software such as Figma and Miro • 5+ years experience in web and native apps • 5+ years experience collaborating with internal team members, such as experience designers, accessibility experts, engineers and product managers • Expertise knowledge (subject matter expert) of enterprise content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager Headed and Headless, Contentful, or similar CMS • Portfolio should include work on digital products and/or services, service design or human centered designs Preferred Qualifications • Experience in health care, pharmacy or other regulated fields (insurance, finance, etc.) • 5+ years experience with Agile and lean UX/software development practices, including using product management software (Rally, Jira) Education • Bachelor or master's degree preferred in the fields English, or Journalism. Extensive work experience, academic work or certifications in UX Writing or user experience fields are also welcome.  Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
