About the position The Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant role at the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire is a part-time position focused on managing accounts receivable tasks while also providing administrative support to the President. Responsibilities Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing and maintaining detailed records of all transactions. , Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments, issuing reminders and coordinating collections. , Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently. , Prepare financial reports on aging accounts, payment trends, and outstanding balances for management insights. , Manage the President's emails, ensuring timely communication and handling confidential information with discretion. , Organize the President's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel plans without conflicts. , Assist in event planning and coordination, including booking venues and managing logistics. , Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, handling follow-ups after meetings. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role. , Minimum 2 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role. , Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook. , Demonstrates accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. , Ability to maintain confidentiality. , Self-motivated individual with a positive demeanor and strong communication skills. , Strong organization, time management, and record-keeping skills.
