Account Executive – Automotive Digital Marketing (Remote)
Base Salary: $65,000–$85,000 + Uncapped CommissionOn-Target Earnings: $105,000–$150,000+
We’re hiring a Full-Cycle Account Executive to sell digital marketing solutions to new car dealerships across the U.S. This is a 100% remote role focused on closing qualified demos with dealership decision-makers.
If you’re an experienced digital marketing closer who enjoys selling consultatively, running online demos, and owning deals from first conversation to close — this role offers clear expectations, strong SDR support, and real earning potential.
What You’ll Do
• Close new automotive dealership accounts nationwide
• Run virtual sales demos with General Managers, Dealer Principals, and marketing leaders
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, and close
• Sell a suite of digital marketing solutions including search, social, display, and related advertising services
• Confidently handle pricing, budget, and performance objections
• Work a mix of SDR-generated demos, inbound leads, and self-sourced opportunities
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and deal stages in HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with SDRs and sales leadership to consistently hit monthly goals
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role
• Background selling digital marketing or advertising solutions (search, social, display, etc.)
• Experience selling to or working with automotive dealerships
• Proven success running remote / virtual sales demos
• Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers
• Strong objection handling and closing skills
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline (HubSpot preferred)
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable in a remote environment
Performance Expectations (Realistic & Supported)
• 25–35 outbound calls per day
• 4–6 qualified online demos per week
• 14–18 demos per month
• Close 4+ dealership deals per month
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
You’ll have SDR support, a proven sales process, and leadership coaching to help you hit these numbers.
