Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Metzen Agency is looking for a Licensed Insurance Broker to join our team in our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers, follow our sales process & system to find success, be coachable and ready to learn!The ideal candidate is high motivated & disciplined, and passionate about helping others. We are seeking those that love to learn, are not afraid of a challenge, and are able to stay well managed.Responsibilities:Learn our sales system, schedule appointments and meet with clients virtually - Complete initial phone discovery to match client's with the best insurance solutions, and present options via consultative appointment following our process.Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with clients to ensure policies are placed and client is protected! Ability to help client's will allow for referral opportunities, and ability to grow your portfolio, while also growing your impact.Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual goals for yourself.Track progress and results - Tracking is key, tracking activity and ket metrics will allow your mentor to provide coaching to help you grow in the role.Ability to learn & grow - Be willing to learn products & carriers, and our process so you can improve at effectively helping client's accomplish their goals.Requirements:1-2 years experience selling a product or serviceExtremely coachable & motivatedExcellent ability to manage and build relationshipsDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed goalsAdvanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiatingUnrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needsFamiliarity with CRM systems, Google Suite & have ability to work remotely.About The Metzen Agency:The Metzen Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group is committed to our values.
