Job Description:About the Role As a Graduate Therapist at Aspect, you will: - Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred therapy - Support autistic individuals to build practical life skills - Work collaboratively with a supportive team - Partner with families, carers, and the wider community - Build your caseload gradually with strong supervision Your Graduate Program Includes - Structured onboarding and learning modules - Joint and shadow sessions to build confidence - Webinar series covering latest evidence-based practice - Training in child protection, safeguarding, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) - Individualised supervision (clinical + operational) tailored to your needs - Ongoing professional development (approx. $1,000 per year FTE) Qualifications:About You You are: - In your final year (or recently completed) a degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy - Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or AHPRA registration - Passionate about supporting autistic individuals and their families - A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively - Willing to travel locally (driver’s licence and own vehicle required – KMs reimbursed) You will also require: - NDIS Worker Screening Check - Working With Children Check (relevant state) - NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete) Click here to view the position profile.  Additional Information:What We Offer - $10,000 scholarship to support your transition to work - Annual Salary $84.5K – $89K (FTE incl. super) - Salary packaging to increase take-home pay - Phone, laptop, travel reimbursement + tolls covered - Manageable caseload (3–4 participants per day) - Generous leave, including parental leave and personal leave - A genuinely inclusive and values-driven workplace About Aspect Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is one of Australia’s largest autism-specific service providers and a leading not-for-profit organisation.
