As we continue to grow, we are expanding our operations team and seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll functions. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all tax and labor regulations. Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts. Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
