Excellent typing skills (25+ words per minute) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility. Reliable internet connection and a computer with internet access (laptop or PC, MAC, or Smart Device – Android or IOS). Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role: Experience with data management software and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, etc.). Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Certifications in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
