THE OPPORTUNITY: Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business. The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship. PROGRAM DETAILS: An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora's career growth opportunities. 2026 PROGRAM DATES: • June 1 - August 14, 2026 • Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday - Friday, PST • June 15 - 19, 2026: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office • June 29 - July 3, 2026: Week off for Summer Shutdown POSITION TITLE: Merchandising Intern YOUR ROLE AT SEPHORA... The Sephora Merchandising Intern, will support the North American brand team in executing strategies, analyzing the business and assistant with day-to-day operations. WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH: • Comp Collection/Organization • Work with production on asset collection and pass off • Analyze Business Trends • Work on Product Refinements by Key Note Attribution • Note taking at meetings • Network with industry leaders and peers. Interns can expect to attend meetings with top leaders in the company. • Get exposure to cross-functional teams. Sephora has a highly collaborative culture so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Brick & Mortar Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Planning, Production • Develop, grow, and have fun • Lead or assist on projects using a hands-on approach • Contribute to the merchandising team at Sephora. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Currently working on completion of Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing, communications, merchandising, business) and is currently a junior or senior in credit hours • Microsoft Excel/Word • Power-point • Outlook • Good communicator/Listener • Self-starter • Team player • Positive Attitude Enthusiastic about the beauty, retail, or consumer goods industries A positive attitude and a genuine love for cosmetics and beauty products. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: • Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree) • Remote program - work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time • Must permanently reside and work in the U.S. • Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions * • Available from June 1 - August 14, 2026 • Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA Apply tot his job
