Requirements We are seeking a Mid-Level Integration Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining API-based integrations between third-party applications, SaaS platforms, and ERPs such as NetSuite, Business Central, and SAP. Experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Prismatic.io, Workato, Tray.io, Mulesoft, Boomi, Paragon, Hot Glue, Cobalt, Cyclr, etc.) is a strong plus but not required. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient, scalable, and secure integration solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrations using iPaaS platforms. Build and optimize API-based workflows for SaaS applications, ERPs, and third-party tools. Implement authentication protocols (OAuth, API Keys, JWT, SAML, etc.) for secure integrations. Map and transform data fields between different systems to ensure seamless synchronization. Monitor, debug, and resolve integration issues to maintain uptime and performance. Implement event-driven architectures using webhooks, queues, and serverless computing. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define business logic and technical requirements. Ensure security best practices in handling API credentials and data flow. Required Skills & Experience ✅ Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js. ✅ Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SOAP, and webhooks. ✅ Database experience (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, etc.). ✅ Familiarity with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.). ✅ Ability to implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for integration workflows. ✅ Advanced English – Must be able to communicate effectively with US-based clients. ✅ Proactive and self-sufficient problem solver, capable of troubleshooting and working independently. Nice to Have (Bonus Points) 2+ years of experience with iPaaS platforms. Understanding of security compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, token-based authentication). Experience in SaaS, fintech, or supply chain integrations. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
