You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that drive business results.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in instructional design and content development, along with excellent communication and project management skills. Design and develop high-quality learning content that aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of a diverse global workforce. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback and content expertise into learning materials. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Ensure all learning content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets quality standards. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and project managers to provide updates and seek input. Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Use e-learning authoring tools and other technologies to develop and deliver learning content. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvements. Proactively identify and solve potential problems or roadblocks in the development process. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the learning experience for employees. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Mentor and support other team members in instructional design and content development principles.
