What You'll Do • Consult with interested homeowners via warm leads (no cold calling!) • Follow the provided script to understand homeowner needs and assess project fit • Schedule free in-home consultations for qualified homeowners • Seamlessly navigate between multiple platforms (Salesforce CRM, Slack, phone systems) while maintaining conversation flow • Guide customers through the script with genuine care • Follow proven systems and KPIs to hit goals and maximize earnings • Schedule: Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3 Saturdays/month: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (weekday off provided) #HPjobs Ideal Candidate Profile • Have 2+ years of sales or phone-based sales experience • Excel at active listening and identifying homeowner needs • Type 35+ WPM while talking and updating systems • Comfortable with fast-paced, multi-screen work environment • Balance sales objectives with genuine customer care and problem-solving • Committed to growing with a company long-term • Excited about mastering our proven systems and building expertise over time • Love working toward commission goals while following business practices • Have experience in inside sales, recruiting, mortgage, or home improvement (a plus) This role requires 2-4 months to fully master our systems and customer approach.
