Qualifications • Empathy for our audience. • Experience in a quantitative field like Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science. • 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role. • Strong proficiency in Python, especially with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Streamlit, and Scikit-learn. • Solid skills in SQL for extracting and manipulating data from relational databases. • Hands-on experience building effective visualizations and dashboards in Tableau. • A solid grasp of fundamental machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for a non-technical audience. • Comfort with change, including those brought about internally within the company or externally in the market. Requirements • Bonus points for a passion for open source technologies. • Familiarity with cloud data tools like Databricks. • Prior experience with marketing, web analytics, and SEO data. Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. • Flexible Spending Account - healthcare and dependent care. • Health Savings Account - high deductible medical plan. • Retirement 401(k) with employer match. • Paid time off and holidays. • Paid parental leave plans for all new parents. • Leave benefits including disability, paid family medical leave, and paid military leave. • Additional benefits including employee stock purchase plan, family planning reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, transportation expense account, employee assistance program, and more!
