Growth Operations
We’re looking for a top-tier Growth Operations generalist to join our fast moving team to work closely with our Founder and Head of Growth to help with most of the non-technical functions that will scale and grow Spot. Responsibilities • Work on revenue-generating projects (SEO, socials, conferences, etc) • Help build and scale our sales funnel/GTM motions • Prepare product demos and presentations • Oversee partnership integration projects • Research one-off tasks and create internal processes • Onboard new clients and drive engagement • Help manage patient (test-taker) support Requirements • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in operations, growth, or strategy at a start-up, biotech company, or in healthcare • Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve any problem and an appetite to take on a variety of tasks • Demonstrated ability to contribute/own product initiatives and figure things out quickly • Strong communication, analytical, research, and presentation skills • Proven track record of exceptional ability and • Thriving with uncertainty and highly motivated Benefits • Talented and collaborative coworkers who will both push and support you • Market competitive salary • Healthcare benefits • Take what you need vacation (and we really mean it) This position is remote.
