You will act as a strategic partner, maintaining integrity across diverse programs in a professional, fast-paced environment. As theGovernment Compliance Audit Analyst, you will: • Architect and Maintain the Government Compliance SharePoint intranet, ensuring seamless data accessibility for internal stakeholders. • Drive Success in DCAA/DCMA RFI audits by meticulously collecting and preparing file reviews and monthly metrics. • Lead Financial Integrity initiatives, assisting in the development and review of annual Incurred Cost Submissions. • Innovate Processes through data mining and automated tools, streamlining record retrieval for high-stakes audits. • Partner with Leadership on special projects directed by the Compliance Director, gaining a panoramic view of the regulatory landscape. What You Bring to the Team: • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in compliance or audit response. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. • Proven knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and GAAP is required. • Intermediate IT proficiency (SharePoint/automated tools) and expert-level communication skills to interact with staff at all levels. • A resourceful, well-organized professional who thrives under pressure and values a culture of continuous learning.
