Google Ads Specialist

Responsibilities: Google Ads Campaign Management • Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure high-quality, relevant ads. • Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and quality score improvements. • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, ad disapprovals, or policy violations. Performance Analysis & Reporting • Use tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio to track KPIs and campaign metrics. • Create and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations. • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and support decision-making. • Provide performance forecasts, projections, and budgeting guidance based on campaign goals. Strategy & Execution • Develop Google Ads strategies aligned with client objectives and sales funnels. • Propose new campaign opportunities or formats to improve reach and conversions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment. • Recommend improvements to landing pages to increase Quality Score and conversion rates. Tool & Platform Utilization • Effectively use Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, Conversion Tracking, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools. • Manage integrations with Google Merchant Center, YouTube, or CRM systems as needed. • Set up and validate conversion tracking, event tracking, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate data collection. Industry Knowledge • Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries. • Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making. • Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. • At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, or Performance Max). • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results (e.g. ROAS, CPC, CPA improvements). • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage. • Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets. • Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills. • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions. • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting. • Highly organized, particularly with digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and Asana. • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
