Global Services LeaderDepartment: Healthrise OperationsEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: RemoteDescriptionSummary:The Global Services Leader is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and management of offshore services and client delivery for our RCMS service lines. This role is critical in expanding the scope and scale of our global services, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes. The Global Services Leader will oversee offshore services and partnerships, maintain high-quality performance, and drive growth in service offerings to meet evolving client needs.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of the company's strategy for offshore services, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision.Identify growth opportunities for expanding services with offshore partners.Cultivate a high-performance culture within offshore teams, strategically building out comprehensive offerings utilizing innovative technology.Manage delivery of services with offshore partners, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction meet or exceed expectations.Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to integrate offshore partners seamlessly into the company's delivery standards.Establish and implement key performance metrics to monitor the efficiency and quality of offshore operations.Evaluate offshore service performance through metrics, client feedback, and audits as needed.Provide leadership and mentorship to offshore service leaders and teams, fostering collaboration across regions and alignment with company goals.Work closely with onshore and offshore teams, including operations, technology, security, and business development, to ensure coordinated service delivery and expansion of client engagements.Act as a primary contact for offshore teams and clients, managing service delivery, communication, problem resolution, and alignment with client expectations.Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure offshore operations comply with all relevant regulations, including data security, privacy, and industry-specific standards.Supervisory Responsibilities:This role has significant supervisory responsibilities, including oversight of a team of 500+ offshore colleagues and strong domestic leaders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or global service delivery, with a focus on offshore operations.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across different regions and cultures.Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Strong client relationship management skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, continuously seeking to develop and improve processes.Willingness to travel as needed to support global operations.Physical Demands and Work Environment:Work Environment: This job operates in a professional home/office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.Physical Demands: Primarily a sedentary role, though employees may need to use keyboards, mouse, and other devices for typing, clicking, and navigating software systems.
