Required Skills & Experience • Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional in both verbal and written interactions. • Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to influence and close sales while building strong client relationships. • Client Relationship Management: Maintain lasting client connections and ensure satisfaction. • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Drive to meet and exceed sales targets independently. • Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with life insurance products and regulations (training available for qualified candidates). • Simplified Explanation: Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain, understandable terms.
