Let’s see what it takes What you will do: Process incoming partner applications and sign-ups accurately and in a timely manner Verify partner information and ensure all required documentation is complete Enter and update partner data in CRM and internal systems Conduct follow-up calls and emails with partners to answer questions, provide guidance, or collect missing information Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or documentation issues Generate regular reports on sign-up metrics and status updates Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures Maintain organized records of all partner sign-ups and related documentation What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Data Entry, or Channel Partnerships Experience in partner onboarding or partner sign-up High school diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette Ability to quickly learn internal tools and follow established processes Comfortable working with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage deadlines Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing Ability to build rapport and maintain positive partner relationships Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Will be a great plus: Experience in SaaS or tech environment Familiarity with CRM reporting / tracking partner pipeline Benefits and Perks: Fixed schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm CET Opportunity to work fully remotely Inclusive international environment Compensation in USD Good bonuses for referring friends Paid intensive training and probation Work-life balance Responsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation Greenhouse conditions for self-development *The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
