Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Case Picker to join our team, working a 4-day week with a competitive hourly rate of $18.00. As a Case Picker, you will be responsible for assembling customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment to ensure it is in good working condition Mark materials with identifying information to ensure accurate tracking and inventory management Open boxes and other containers as necessary to prepare for order assembly Pick products and ensure the correct selection of lot numbers/product codes to meet customer requirements Record the amount of material using site-specific equipment to update inventory and maintain accurate records Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly to ensure efficient and effective order fulfillment Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor to ensure prompt resolution and minimize delays Additional Duties and Responsibilities Work with other machinery and material handling equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum requirements: Basic math skills to perform calculations and measurements Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics Ability to give voice commands in English may be required Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Familiarity with pallet jack equipment and material handling procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols and procedures Career Growth and Development At Lineage Logistics, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
