Our mission is to provide affordable, stylish, and sustainable solutions for everyday life, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation, inclusivity, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through: * Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements to customers' shopping experiences * Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager * Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the blithequark shopping experience * Building emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers * Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), and offering and selling services to customers during the handover process when needed * Providing the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns **Job Type and Benefits** This is a permanent, part-time position with a flexible schedule of 20-34 hours per week, including weekend availability.
