Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As an Executive Assistant at Boldly, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to high-level executives, helping them to maximize their time and increase their productivity. You will have the opportunity to choose the clients you support based on company and organizational values and your preferences, creating rewarding partnerships and gaining valuable experience in a variety of industries. Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive outlook, and a passion for helping others succeed. Key Responsibilities Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars for high-level executives Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements Maximizing the executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf Managing multiple email inboxes for executives Managing expenses and providing customer/supplier support Performing other executive admin responsibilities as needed About You To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience serving in a senior administrative support position, providing support as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment. You should be a proactive, dynamic, flexible, tech-savvy, and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive outlook. You should be a team player who cares deeply about helping others succeed and takes great pride in the quality of your work. You should also be comfortable working in a remote environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
