Role Overview As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities Accurate Data Entry: Utilize our data entry program to input claim line items efficiently and accurately, meeting the high standards of arenaflex. Collaboration and Communication: Engage daily with various internal departments, participate in team meetings, and maintain open lines of communication to ensure seamless operations. Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor to support team objectives and contribute to the overall success of arenaflex. What We're Looking For in a Candidate To be successful in this role, you should possess a combination of administrative experience, technical skills, and personal qualities that align with arenaflex's values and mission. The ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in office or administrative data entry, preferably in a remote or virtual setup. Technical Skills: Familiarity with data entry software and programs, as well as basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. The standard shift is from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a rotating Saturday shift approximately every 4 to 6 weeks.
