As a Service Technician with Swire Coca-Cola, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are served at the perfect temperature and that our customers receive exceptional service. In this role, you will work directly with clients to set up and maintain the equipment that dispenses Coca-Cola products, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently. You will be responsible for performing mechanical services, light remanufacturing, and preventive maintenance on fountain equipment, as well as providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on fountain equipment according to company standards Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fountain equipment Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs Provide exceptional customer support, working collaboratively as a team player and maintaining a positive attitude Essential Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience A high school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate is required. A technical background or experience in a related field is highly desirable. Technical Skills Technical aptitude to repair machines and troubleshoot issues Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license (may be required for some travel) Soft Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Strong problem-solving and analytical skills What We Offer Compensation and Benefits As a part-time Service Technician with Coca-Cola, you will earn a competitive $27/hour, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
