About the Position We Care Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN or RN to provide specialized care for an extended care patient in a home setting. This role involves working night shifts, ensuring the patient's safety, comfort, and medical stability. As a Night Shift LPN/RN, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one patient care, monitoring the patient's respiratory and nutritional health, administering medications and tube feedings, and performing routine assessments and interventions as necessary.
