We offer a comprehensive range of services, including support for client applications, operating systems, email, VPN, mobile devices, and common collaboration services such as SharePoint and Exchange. Our customers engage us via phone, chat, in person, or trouble ticketing, and we're committed to delivering exceptional service and support. **Job Summary** As an Experienced IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing local and/or remote resources and assisting the global organization in defining the perfect customer experience. You will own the strategies to create that experience, help the group develop and leverage their knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues, and identify ways to proactively reduce requests through automation, documentation, and process improvement.
