Key Responsibilities • CVS Data Entry Operations: Efficiently manage CVS data entry operations in a remote setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night and day shifts. • Quality Management: Participate in the development and implementation of QM Work Plan exercises, focusing on quality items and services. • Clinical and Medical Reviews: Conduct a variety of on-site clinical and medical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP. • Data Analysis and Recommendations: Utilize measurement and analysis to process, assess, and make recommendations to meet QM targets. • Post-Employment Surveys: Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review survey results. • Remedial Action Plans: Assist in creating remedial action plans and track their fulfillment. • Review Tools and Data Entry: Create review tools for all populations and complete data entry on all review tools. • Inter-Rater Reliability and Scoring: Participate in inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines. • QM Meetings: Participate in QM meetings to stay updated on quality management initiatives. Essential Qualifications • Education: Four-year college degree. • Experience: At least one year of experience in healthcare or social health services. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel. • Travel: Ability to travel to provider offices up to 80%. Preferred Qualifications • Clinical Background: RN or LPN license. • QM and Case Management Experience: Experience in QM evaluation or case management. • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
