Job Summary As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our passengers, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and resolving any concerns they may have. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our airline. You will be responsible for managing a variety of customer service tasks, from answering general questions about flight schedules to handling more complex issues such as rebooking flights and processing refunds. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and helpful information. Assist customers with booking and changing flight reservations , ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies , staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally , using strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Process refunds and handle cancellations , following company policies and procedures. Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented properly , maintaining accurate records. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in a customer service role , preferably in the airline industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively , with a high level of self-motivation. Proficient in using computers and customer service software , with experience in a similar environment.
