As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. You'll participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders, evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria, and develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to blithequark's policies and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders * Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria * Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to blithequark's policies and procedures * Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value * Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology * Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration * Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance control programs with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost * Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices * Communicate and document to management the status of any critical external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making * Analyze market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing * Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current industry best practices * Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances * Show proficiency with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements **Key Skills and Qualifications:** * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services category sourcing * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels * Strong strategic agility * Strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness * Ability/choice to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity * Knowledge of: + Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms and conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven proficiency with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus * Consulting/Advisory history is a plus **Required Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range of $25 to $30 per hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and experienced strategic sourcing professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
