Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data quality, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. Maintain and update records, files, and databases as required. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Develop and implement processes to improve data management and reduce errors. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be expected to: Engage clients and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve client issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive client experience. Model and convey a particular and great client experience. Register deals on assigned sales register, providing clients with affable, fair, amicable, and productive checkout administration. Activities As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing clients with gracious, cordial, quick, and effective assistance. Prescribing things available to be purchased to clients and suggesting exchange up and additionally sidekick things. Registering client buys on assigned sales register, collecting cash and disseminating change as mentioned. Keeping counters and retires perfect and all around promoted, taking stock, and keeping up with records. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication). Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail environment. Prior experience working with blithequark or a similar organization. Proficiency in using store systems and equipment. Knowledge of data entry software and systems.
