This 12-week internship will provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, hands-on training, and the chance to work on real-world projects that drive business growth and improvement. **About the Role** As a Data Analyst, you'll play a vital role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation within the Quality Control division. You'll analyze data to identify trends and performance metrics, creating actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive process improvements. Your work will contribute to arenaflex's objectives of maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and enhancing compliance, ultimately giving us a competitive edge in the industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Help create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities. * Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field. * Familiarity with data representation tools and capacities, such as Scene, Alteryx, and QuickBase. * Ability to use PowerPoint to create presentations for verbal communications. * Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $28/hour. * Opportunity to work on real-world projects that drive business growth and improvement. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, including a PC and other necessary equipment. * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel). * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs. * A fun and inclusive company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for data analysis and business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
