Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges, and implement solutions to prevent future issues. Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and functionality of applications, and implement best practices for optimizing application performance and user experience. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven Experience: Proven experience in technical support or application management roles, preferably in a remote work environment. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web technologies and mobile applications, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
