Key Responsibilities of the Digital Coach In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include: Leading and developing high-performing teams through effective teaching, training, and active listening, ensuring that all associates are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results. Conducting store tours and providing constructive feedback to associates, utilizing the Tour-to-Teach methodology, to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with associates at all levels to implement business initiatives, merchandising strategies, and company direction, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. Introducing and leading change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions, and communicating business objectives to teams effectively. Demonstrating exceptional customer service standards, following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, and ensuring that customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved. Developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies, providing process improvement leadership, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Driving financial performance and sales growth in designated store areas by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing strategies to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. Providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing associates, to ensure diversity and inclusion awareness and achieve company growth potential. Coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs. Essential Qualifications for the Digital Coach Role To be successful in this role, you will need: 2 years of college education; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to teach, train, and actively listen to associates. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues effectively. Ability to drive financial performance and sales growth, with experience in managing expenses and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and improve processes. Preferred Qualifications for the Digital Coach Role While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
