Our clients trust us to power their applications, games, and content, including World of Tanks, Albion Online, Avast, Photon, Unity, Sandbox Interactive, and many more. **Your Role at blithequark** As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and internal users, handling their requests via chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing consultations about our products and services, such as CDN, Streaming, DNS, and more * Resolving technical issues by providing technical diagnostics and collecting information about customers and users incidents, forwarding it up to the higher levels of technical support if needed * Collaborating with our Engineering Team to identify and resolve complex technical issues * Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely support * Communicating effectively with customers and internal users to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty **What We Expect from You** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * 1+ year of Technical Support experience * Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute) * Good understanding of hardware and software diagnostics (reading logs, etc.) * English level B2 or higher * Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills * Strong problem-solving abilities * Quick learner, organized, and a team player * Responsible, polite, and optimistic with strong communication skills * Able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply * Skilled at prioritizing tasks **Nice to Have** While not required, experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting, as well as Linux and API, would be beneficial in this role. **Schedule and Work Environment** This position operates on a rotating schedule of two consecutive day shifts followed by two days off. Each shift runs for 12 hours, including a 1-hour break, and is anchored to 04:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC.
