Job Overview As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with software navigation, locating previous tax returns, and amendments. You will be expected to provide an empathetic approach to customer interactions, leveraging critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities, and escalating issues when necessary.
