We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions. With blithequark AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are automatically processed into a vendor's system within seconds, allowing them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business. We're now looking for a working student to support us in making our AI technology even more efficient and transform our vendors' operating processes. **What You Will Do** As a Customer Success Working Student, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Customer Success managers to: * Support the analysis of vendor data and ensure it gets correctly translated into the blithequark AI user interface * Train our blithequark AI model by processing orders before a partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels * Provide our AI model with perfect order examples to accelerate the learning process * Own the blithequark AI performance post-launch and calibrate AI learning accordingly **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student who is passionate about AI technology and digital ordering solutions.
