We guarantee a minimum of 37 minutes for each hour if you're logged in and available for the full 60 minutes. With flexible scheduling opportunities, you can choose the hours that work best for you. **Schedule** Our client hours of operation are: * Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 11:00 pm CST * Saturday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm CST * Sunday: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm CST Hours are limited after 6 pm and all Sunday hours. **Skills Needed** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Excellent Customer Service Skills**: Build rapport and assist customers with empathy and understanding. * **Sales Skills**: Encourage customers to take the next step and speak with a licensed insurance agent. * **Overcoming Objections**: Bring a strong ability and comfort level with overcoming objections and finding solutions. * **Multi-Tasking Skills**: Engage with customers while navigating online systems with ease. **Technology Requirements** To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need: * **Personal Computer**: No tablet, please. * **Broadband Internet Connection**: With at least 10 Mbps download speed. * **Wired Internet Connection**: Like Cable, Fiber Optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet). * **Windows 10 or Windows 11 Operating System**: Our system requirements are listed at [arenaflex website]( * **Wired USB Headset with Microphone**: Gaming headsets not accepted. * **Mac Users**: Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility. **Important Information** As a contractor, you must live in and work from the United States (except CA, NY, PA, WA) on this client program. All contractors must successfully pass a background check to represent this client. **About arenaflex** At arenaflex, we work with brands in various industries to humanize their customer experience.
