As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently, providing a world-class customer experience to physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. Job Responsibilities In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, our customer base, and patients to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Resolving routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution to provide personalized support Providing additional customer education and information as needed to enhance their experience and knowledge of our products and services Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services to drive business growth Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to ensure quality and compliance Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance and data integrity Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired Previous experience in a customer service role, with experience working in a contact center/call center environment preferred Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is a significant plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent ability to listen and respond to customer needs A courteous and customer-centric approach, with a strong customer service orientation Excellent multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable, but not required Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
