Your primary responsibilities will include: * Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner * Scheduling appointments for customers and ensuring seamless transitions between channels * Identifying the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution * Utilizing our customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions * Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service * Exhibiting a positive attitude and bringing enthusiasm to work each and every day * Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar * Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers * Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and coworkers * Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations * Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player **Technical Requirements** As a remote 1099 customer service representative, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: * Two screens, which can be 2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop * Use of Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks) * Hardwired internet connection directly to router (just WiFi is not accepted) * High-speed internet: minimum 45 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload * A working computer camera * Use of a USB or wired headset with volume control & mute function **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Pay: $14.00/hour (production) and $12.00/hour (training) * Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6:00 PM * Training: 10 days, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM * Benefits: + 401(k) + Dental insurance + Flexible schedule + Health insurance + Paid time off + Referral program + Vision insurance + Work from home **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
