Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative In this role, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service through active listening, careful response to inquiries, and proactive issue resolution. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling and responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Providing excellent customer service that meets and exceeds customer expectations. Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity and respect. Aiming to resolve issues on the first call, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. Communicating effectively with customers, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Providing feedback on call issues to contribute to process improvements. Upselling when required, promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs. Qualifications for Success We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess: The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, maintaining productivity and engagement. At least 6 months of customer service experience, though this is preferred and not mandatory for the right candidate. Being over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent. The ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with comfort using desktop computer systems. Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with navigating Windows operating systems, and strong organization and work prioritization skills. Work from Home Requirements To ensure your success in this remote role, you will need to meet the following technical and environmental requirements: Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps. Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps. ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of internet speed required. Workspace: A clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
