You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your strong relationship-building skills will be essential in creating a positive experience for them. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you. **Key Job Responsibilities** • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their questions or concerns through phone, email, online chat, or social media • Maintain and update customer information as necessary to ensure accurate and efficient service • Calmly and professionally attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise during customer interactions • Escalate calls to a supervisor when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations in a timely and efficient manner • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure compliance and quality standards • Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues to help improve our services • Upsell to customers as necessary to meet their needs and exceed their expectations **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's fun, challenging, and rewarding.
