About the Role The Customer Service Representative is a pivotal role at arenaflex, interacting with our valued customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate seamless order transactions. This is a full-time, hourly position that offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver exceptional customer experiences from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide timely and precise communication, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Collect and enter orders for our products, managing the sales order flow for internal sales partners and confirming accuracy. Field customer questions and concerns, taking appropriate actions to develop resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals to drive business growth and collaboration. Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to team objectives. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven customer support experience, with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations, preferably in a B2B setting. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail, with a service-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems. A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a professional, outgoing, and service-oriented demeanor. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems, with familiarity with Zendesk and Asana. Previous experience in a remote or flexible work environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
