Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, addressing their needs, and introducing them to our latest products and services. Your goal will be to deliver personalized recommendations, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and drive sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work from home, with a set schedule that includes breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Identifying upsell opportunities and making recommendations to customers about our latest technology, services, and offers. Working in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions. Utilizing multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintaining customer records. Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services. Performing basic troubleshooting and/or engaging Tier 3 support to resolve customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services. Cross-training to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support, based on business needs. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime as required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly. A dedicated workspace at home that meets blithequark's WFH standards, including verified internet service, a direct LAN connection, and a quiet, distraction-free area. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience working in a sales or customer service environment, with a focus on technology or communications products and services. Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, or similar technologies and services. Completion of a degree program in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing.
