As a key ambassador of our brand, you'll embody our Customer First philosophy, meeting the needs and expectations of our Card Members with every interaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for: * Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception * Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service * Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, ultimately winning their brand loyalty * Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations * Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the Card Member experience * Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance * Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members **Lounge Hours and Operations** Our Centurion Lounge at DCA Airport operates from 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sunday to Friday, and 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Saturday. Hours are subject to change due to business needs. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers * Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience * A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions * Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every interaction * The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction * The utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions * The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment * Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on the customer experience * Resourcefulness and the ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment * Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment * Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 to $22.12, plus bonus and benefits.
